Deven has grown up in the family real estate business and finds full balance in his life as a husband, father, and business leader. The hospitality industry is inbred in him given his advanced experience in hotel development, management, and sales. As a Principal responsible for development and acquisitions, he is a passionate team player who is rooted in a ground-up approach to growing the business through collaboration. He graduated from North Carolina State University and received a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Deven is a member of the NC state bar.
Neel offers a wealth of experience in the real estate and hospitality industry. Having gained unparalleled experience while working for Hilton Hotels and Doubletree, he obtained firsthand knowledge of the inner workings of hospitality management. He acts as a Principal responsible for oversight of the operations of all properties, focusing on strong revenues, solid bottom line performance, as well as encouraging exceptional hotel maintenance and management. An intricate thinker with a focus on all items related to Information Technology, he’s known throughout the company as the “I.T. Guy” and has the talent of never forgetting a name. His balance comes from being a great family man, and he particularly enjoys spending time traveling with his family.
Rupal sets a new standard for recognizing proficiency and efficiency. She acts as Principal and Director of Finance and exhibits exceptional analytical skills, a great eye for detail, and strong organizational skills. Her commitment to operational and developmental excellence stems from her desire to develop the next generation of great financial leaders. Productivity is paramount as she oversees Narsi Properties’ corporate and property level accounting. Her balance lies in the development of others and being the matriarch of her family as well as a sister to all in the Narsi family.
Chris is the Vice President of Operations at Narsi Properties. He has spent the majority of his career in the hospitality industry, having gained experience as the owner and operator of various restaurants and hotels. He is a former chef and frustrated musician with a really great sense of humor. He is passionate about building others’ careers and championing the hospitality industry as a beyond viable option for the next generation of hoteliers. He is a data nerd and loves to analyze all opportunities for efficiency and positive guest impact. He finds balance in his passion for the outdoors, travel, love of music, and family.
Director of Revenue and Reputation, Lance’s experiences span throughout the major hotel company brands, both in extended stay and per night stay hotel arenas. As the Director of Revenue and Reputation for Narsi Properties, he is committed to leading the company’s revenue strategy and revenue generation initiatives. Lance is an excellent communicator, strategic thinker, humorist, and a frustrated musician that is fueled by opportunities for enhanced success. His balance comes from being a husband, father, and coach as well as his love of faith and love of music both live and recorded.
Brad is the Director of Accounting and formerly worked as a Bank of America associate. Brad transitioned into an accounting role within the hospitality industry and has grown considerably ever since. With an expertise in hotel accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, franchising invoicing, and property audits and an eye on Human Resource accountability, Brad’s intense curiosity to understand all components of hotel operations and finance makes him a key stakeholder in the family. Brad finds balance in being an engaged husband and father who enjoys concerts and traveling with his family whenever possible.
Director of Sales and Marketing at Narsi Properties, Tammie has vast experience within the hospitality industry, working with a robust range of outstanding companies including but not limited to Walt Disney Companies, Hilton, Marriott, and Intercontinental Hotel Group, Tammie is a people person at heart. She enjoys developing and leading Narsi’s team of sales professionals towards a high degree of success. Her balance comes from being a mom, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and focusing on her faith.
With a background in Hospital Management, Ibrahim transitioned to the Hospitality industry upon immigrating to the United States from Nigeria with his family. His extensive experiences in hotel front and back-office operations acquired through over 10 years at Hilton hotels has prepared him for his current role in accounting. Leveraging his proficiency of PMS and accounting processes, he provides daily accounting and operational support to properties ensuring daily and timely reporting to corporate. He supports the Corporate Director of Accounting with responsibilities for reviews of accounts receivables and payables, daily revenue reporting, vendor vetting, franchise statement audit, and working with properties to resolve PMS related issues. He finds balance in being a husband, a father, and an active member of his local church.
Hospitality has a place in Shernet’s heart, with her first hospitality job as a caddy on a resort golf course in her birth home of Jamaica. Her career with Narsi started at the property level as a Director of Sales and General Manager for a high performing hotel and team in the East Atlanta suburb of Lithonia. Her “lead with your heart” approach to the daily business and “people first” motivation made her the ideal candidate to continue carrying Narsi Hotels culture as the company grows and develops. In her Human Resource Manager role, she drives the initiatives which recruit and retain our talent. She supports the Vice President of Operations in recruiting, policies, program implementation, and execution. She provides daily support to our General Managers with benefits administration, payroll, culture support, and administrative responsibilities. Shernet finds balance in being a mom, and a good neighbor, maintaining strong family bonds and traveling to new destinations.
